2. Description of Service

Once Met is a location-based social discovery platform that enables users to connect with people nearby. The Service includes features such as proximity matching, chat, events, and e-commerce functionality.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Location Services

Our Service relies on location data to function. By using Once Met, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Once Met. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post all content you share.

7. Payments and Credits

Once Met uses a credit-based system for certain features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

8. Events and Merchandise

Event tickets and merchandise purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel events or orders if necessary. Refund policies for events and products are specified at the time of purchase.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Once Met shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Safety and Meetings

Always exercise caution when meeting people from Once Met in person. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. We are not responsible for offline interactions between users.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
